How to place an order?
STEP 1: Complete the order form by filling general details such as Name, location, Type of transcription required and desired turnaround of audio transcripts.
STEP 2: After form submission, proceed towards advance payment. Current mode of payment is via Paypal. However, if you do not have a Paypal accounts, payment can be made via Credit/Debit cards. All major credit card brands are accepted.
STEP 3: Once this is done, you need to send us the audio or video file that needs to be transcribed. This can be done in two ways. One, send us the URL of the file. Second, upload the audio file using our File upload page which connects the service directly to our servers.
STEP 4: We will start processing the as soon as we download the files and have the transcript delivered in your mail box as per the turnaround time.
NOTE: At any point, if a customer has a specific request or requirement, please get in touch with us. We will make the necessary changes and revert back immediately.
