PROCESS OF TRANSCRIBING PODCAST.

The process has been kept simple and short.

STEP 1: ONLINE ORDER

Customer can place an order directly at our website by filling out a small order forms. In the order form, you are required to fill in the details of the audio such as the Length, desired Turnaround of transcripts and Price plan along with other details such as Name and email address.

STEP 2: SEND US THE URLS OR PODCAST ITSELF.

After the order has been placed, customers are directed to a file upload page where they can upload the podcast to our server. Alternatively, you can send us the URL's to the podcast. We will download the podcast for transcription and begin the typing process.

STEP 3: RECEIVE TRANSCRIPTS IN YOUR INBOX

After transcribing and proofreading the podcast, the transcript is complied into a Word doc or a format as specified by you and is then emailed as an attachment. In this simple process, customers can choose between any of the following transcript word formats:
