The process had been kept simple and short.
First, the the customer needs to fill on order form asking general details such as your Name, length of audio and desired turnaround of word transcript. After submission, you will be redirected to an advance payment page. We require an advance payment of 50% before we can commence work.
In Second and final step , you will be redirected to our upload page where users can upload/send us the audio or video interviews that need to be transcribed.
Alternatively, you can send us the audio file directly to our mail address as an attachment provided the audio file is smaller than 20MB.
Users can also provide us the direct link to the audio file which we can download for transcription.
Final Step, After we receive the audio interview, our team begins transcribing the interviews. After completion, we will send you the word/txt transcript in your mail box.
